I have to tell myself, notwithstanding that this is my wife and somebody will say that I am subjective. The exercise is excellent, it's worth a try and insists, because the results will be quick to see and the feeling will definitely be better. Energy from Manja and enthusiasm are a great plus of this exercise. My wife is "push me" to train, although the last time due working i "strike", but nevertheless the results are visible (7 kg in 2 months). It is true that discipline in food has a great impact, but without exercise it does not go. I trained 2x per week, but quickly realized that it was not enough for me. If I can i train 3-4 times a week.
My woman, go bravely forward, because you are doing right and heartily and those who will want to See results and feel your energy, will come. Love you
